Father's Day is celebrated in the Republic of Belarus on October 21. The date of October 21 is not accidental. Mother's Day is celebrated on October 14, and events are held from October 14 to 21 as part of the "Parental Love Week". For many people, these holidays are another reason to say how much they love their parents. Father's Day reminds us of the importance of preserving and strengthening family values, the role of the father in the family, and social responsibility in the upbringing and development of the younger generation. There is an outdated stereotype that the role of the mother is the most important in the process of raising and developing children. But the relationship between a child and his father is no less valuable. It is the father who is an example and often a role model for the child. Children unconsciously copy his best qualities, behavior, attitude to life, and adopt his life experience. Therefore, being a good father is the most responsible and necessary job in a man's life.
